हाँ, मैं औरत हूँ,
औरत होने का गर्व है मुझे
दुनिया बनाती हूँ और इसीलिये गर्बीत भी हूँ....

सात सूरों का झंकार हूँ मैं
लय हूँ, तान हूँ, बितान भी हूँ...
नाद ब्रह्म हूँ, स्वयं प्रकाश से बिभाषित हूँ..
रंगों का त्यौहार हूँ, सदा बहार हूँ
रागों का इन्द्रधनुष हूँ ..
और समझ रखनेवाला भलामानुष हूँ...
कृष्णा हूँ, कृष्ण के मनमोहक वंशी भी हूँ..
भरत हूँ और ममत्व के फांसी मे लटका हुआ
महाभारत भी हूँ..
मैं औरत हूँ.. खूबसूरत हूँ
दया के जीता जागता मूरत हूँ..
मर्त्य में अमृत बहाने वाली मैं औरत हूँ...

Yes, I am the woman..
I am proud of being it..
I make this world..And I feel related for this..

I am the tuning of the seven notes
The tempo too...The best improvised musical phrase too I am..
I am the infinite called sound...
I am lit with my own emission..
A celebration of colors I am...
Ever enchanting
A rainbow of melodious frameworks also I am....
A human being with fellow feeling..
I am the krishnaa...
And the enchanting flute of Lord krishna too.....
I am the Bharata..
The one, hanging in the knot of ego, the Mahabharat I am too..

I  the woman..
Ever beautiful..
The living idol of pity..
And responsible to make the nectar flow on this earth, I am too.
